Lyceum-Northwestern University is a medical college located in Dagupan City, Philippines founded by Dr. Francisco Quimson Duque and Mrs. Florencia Tiongson Duque in 1969 and it started as single room nursing school at Dagupan city, Philippines and also In 1974, North Educational Institution was acquired in same city and from these two ars merger emerged the name is Lyceum NorthWestern University. It established in 1975 and it was the first medical school of the north.

And this university is located in Dagupan city, which is 200kms north of manila.
